Exalted Eightboundy in the standard color scheme, only the skin colors are more varied.
The white elements near the shoulders, is a poster tac with which the hands were temporarily attached.
The armor is made in a very simple way that did not even need too much blending.
The base color was GW Khorne Red, then I applied a few coats of diluted GW Mephiston Red and a final coat with only slightly diluted Mephiston Red.
I then covered the whole thing with GW Carroburg Crimson wash and once again with slightly diluted Mephiston Red to restore the intensity of the most important highlights.
On the elements near the head and on the edges, I also added AP Deep Red.
And that’s about it, simple and quick work.
I covered the black spikes with black paint, just any black paint. Then I layered VGC Charcoal and finally added to Charcoal about 1 part VGC Wolf Grey to 2 parts Charcoal and applied as the last highlights.
The bone claws were basecoated with VGC Bone White, next I covered them with VGC Umber wash, then I only touched up the edges with Bone White once more. To the spikes closer to the head I added VMC Ivory.
Here I simply covered the whole thing with GW Retributor Armor and highlighted GW Runelord Brass in places where the most light should gather.
For the base skin colors I used:
Then I covered the bright colors in any combination of either VGC Dwarf Skin or GW Reikland Fleshhade.
I covered the dark colors exclusively with Reikland Fleshhade.
After the wash, I corrected all the highlights with a glaze of the base color that was used for the figure.
The last color, which is this gray, is a combination of VGC Wolf Grey, VGC Charcoal and VMC Ivory. Here you have to mix them and feel out when the color is right, I can’t give you the right proportions, but a pale, desaturated blue must come out of it.
After covering the whole thing with this color, I used the VGC Umber wash again and corrected the highlighter with the base color in the same way.
